Here are some frequently asked questions, which include our terms and conditions (the boring bit of running a business!):
Where do you deliver?
We only have a select number of suburbs we deliver to - please refer to the drop down menu attached to each product to see where we visit every Thursday and Friday! If you feel like you're missing out by living in a different area then say hello to us via our contact page and we'll see what we can do.
When do you deliver?
We currently only deliver on Thursday and Fridays.
Who picks the blooms?
We do! We find the prettiest of blooms the morning of the deliveries and creatively arranged them before delivering them to your door. Check out our instagram to have a look at our recent creations and style.
Who picks the baked treats?
We do! We work closely with the creative team at A Moveable Feast Catering who have thoughtfully created a delicious menu of sugary delights. Each week a different treat will be available to purchase with your blooms - have a look at the product page to see what is available when.
When will my baking and blooms arrive?
We start our deliveries at 10am and cruise the streets of Perth until we're done, usually around 4pm. Your baking and blooms can arrive anytime during this time window.
Can I include a message?
Yes please, the cuter and the funnier the better! Before proceeding to the check out part of your order there is a little text box to pop a short message in.
When should I order by?
Delicious and beautiful things in life take time to create so please let us know what you would like to order by 5pm the day before you would like delivery.
The lights are on but no one is home...
We understand that people have jobs and do leave the house (although we'd sometimes rather be sitting on the couch binge watching netflix) so if no one is home when we deliver your baking and blooms we will find a safe (and shady) spot to leave your delivery. Once we've delivered your product we take no responsibility for their welfare (it is in the hands of the flower gods).
Uh oh! I've put the wrong details in...
Please make sure you double, triple check the address you're wanting us to deliver to. If the wrong address is given we will do our best to contact you on the day to confirm the address. However if we are unable to contact you or obtain the correct address you will miss out on your baking and blooms. As these products are perishable we are unable to organise re-delivery.
